Includes tumble & associated earth; after removal, a color change to 10YR 7/3 (very pale brown) indicates a reduction in organic matter after a depth of approx 30 cm; large cobbles & small boulders concentrated W of Wall 3 & E of Wall 3 in Loca 27, 33, 34; pebble pocket noticed in Loca 35
