Not certain; poss wall emerged to N; may be a jar standing on a surface S of the wall, which fell over, poss covered with other garbage, & was later crushed by the collapse of the wall; or it may have been a broken store jar that was thrown over this S wall with other garbage; the bottom was difficult to establish--there was a thin layer of black ash just below the jar fragments; then a "yellowish" layer below that; & finally a bricky "exposure layer" may have been the surface on which the jar stood
