Function:

Terrace wall built against earlier layers & upon bedrock; served perhaps to level an area for occupational Surf 3 & later Surf 6; poss used to improve bedrock terrace (re: 8L62, 8L63, 8L64, 8L72, 8L73), or to hold back earth for living space; Wall 13 is earlier than Wall 5; inhabitants threw ashes over wall onto present Surf 11
