The pillar base appears to have slumped--its top surface slopes 16 degrees at 045 degrees; seems to have served in conjunction with L 15 on which a surface may have existed, but for which there is no longer evidence; appears to form a row of pillar bases which appears to slope in a similar direction of 110 degrees sloping downward at 3 degrees; top is 7 cm above straight line between 13 & 12
